Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share this information with any 3rd parties. Classique takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use this information in accordance with this privacy policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to 3rd parties. If you send us correspondence including emails, we retain such information in the record of your account. We will also store customer service correspondence with other correspondence from you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship and to measure and improve our customer service. Over time, we might delete this records if permitted by law.


Delivery Policy

Classique will setup on the day of your event or the day before if it is more convenient and we have the ability to do so. We will liaise with the venue with regard to collection of our goods.



If we are unable to undertake the dressing of your venue. You will be given a full refund. No refund of your deposit will be given if you cancel your order.


Terms & Conditions

Venue Dressing

  1. There is a £150.00 booking deposit which is none refundable
  2. There is a £50.00 booking deposit for the backdrop which is none refundable
  3. There is a £50.00 refundable deposit payable when the balance is due. This deposit can be used for missing hired items or extra chair covers up to a maximum of 5 required after the final numbers have been given. The balance of the deposoit or full deposit to be refunded within 14 days of the event.
  4. The final count is due two weeks before the event. No reduction in cost will be made for numbers below the previously ordered amount. Extra covers over and above the previously ordered amount to be charged at the rate at the time the covers were ordered. It is in the clients interest to order the minimum quantity of covers until the final numbers are known.
  5. The final balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
  6. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the final balance is paid on time. If no cleared funds have been received, the company reserve the right not to attend the event.
  7. Cancellation at any time will result in the loss of the deposit or amount paid up to that date, whichever is greater. If cancellation is within one month of the event date, full payment of the balance will be paid.
  8. There is no charge for an event date change.
  9. All chairs and tables that are to be dressed are to be in place on our arrival. If not, we reserve the right to go on to our next setup and return if time permits.
  10. Any permanent damage e.g. stains/burns/broken items,stolen/lost etc will incur a replacement charge (details on request). The customer is responsible for all hired items at the venue.
  11. When the backdrop/Light curtain has been setup by the company in the agreed place at the venue, it cannot be moved by any member of the venue staff, guest or client. The company accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the backdrop/light curtain being interfered with by any member of staff, guest or client.
  12. In signing the booking form or completing the online booking form it is taken that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Stationery orders/Delivery or collection of hired goods

  1. We require the full payment including P & P when you place your order. There is a £50.00 refundable deposit on postal or collection venue dressing orders. This deposit is only refundable on the return of all hired goods. Failure to return or have the goods returned in full will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
  2. Because all orders are personalised with your individual details, refunds will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.
  3. Every effort is made to display the correct price. If a mistake happens we will correct the mistake and inform the customer so they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
  4. Orders are on the understanding that items are subject to availability. Should an item not be available the customer will be informed and an alternative will be ordered.
  5. Any dates quoted for delivery will be approximate only and Classique will not responsible for any delays however caused.
  6. It Classique fails to deliver for any reason they shall only be liable for a refund to the customer for the invoiced price. Failure to accept deliver shall be deemed as goods delivered.
  7. The customer shall examine the goods on deliver and will within 7 days notify Classique of any damage, shortage or defect in writing. If no notification is received, Classique will have been deemed to have performed it's obligations in relation to the sale of the goods.
  8. All illustrations, designs and general descriptions contained in our website or otherwise supplied to the customer are intended for general guidance only. The customer shall take the goods at his own risk as to corresponding to such examples as to their quality, condition or sufficiency for any purpose.
  9. In the event of a claim settlement will be limited to the value of the goods defectively and not extend to consequential loss, however caused.
  10. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer at time of delivery or if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.
  11. Classique shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement for any delay in the goods that are outside the control of Classique.
